Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any wager on bmtoto. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between bmtoto ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("Member", "you") who accesses or uses the bmtoto platform at bmtoto.cam. This Agreement is binding from the moment you complete the registration process.
The following terms carry the meanings assigned to them throughout this Agreement:

| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback amount, or other non-cash incentive granted by bmtoto to a Member. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals are processed. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7) — the default time zone used for all Platform timestamps, draw times, and support hours. |
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on bmtoto. By completing registration you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. bmtoto reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any Account where the Member cannot demonstrate compliance.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. bmtoto's primary service audience consists of players residing in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you as an individual. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with any local laws applicable to your use of the Platform.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to register.
2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") will be merged or closed, and any Bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
⚠ Age Restriction — 21+ Only: bmtoto is strictly an adults-only platform. Registering on behalf of a minor, or allowing a minor to use your Account, constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all Funds.
3.1 Registration Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Indonesian Rupiah bank account details or e-wallet identifier, and a valid email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bmtoto will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed authorized by you unless you notify us of unauthorized access immediately.
3.3 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, bmtoto requires Members to complete identity verification ("KYC"). Accepted documents include:
KYC documents must be submitted as clear digital photographs or scans. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours (WIB). Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawal access suspended pending resolution.
3.4 Account Dormancy. An Account that shows no login activity for 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. bmtoto will notify the Member by email before applying a monthly inactivity administration fee of Rp 50.000, deducted from the Account balance. Accounts with a zero balance are closed after 24 months of inactivity.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bmtoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Account and may be subject to a processing delay while the payment is returned.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–60 minutes for verified Accounts during normal operating hours (08:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours are processed at the start of the next operating window.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
4.5 Deposit Responsibility. bmtoto is not responsible for deposits that fail to arrive due to incorrect bank account numbers, expired virtual accounts, network outages at the Member's bank, or e-wallet provider downtime. Members experiencing deposit issues should contact support with the relevant transaction receipt.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by bmtoto are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be satisfied before Bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific turnover multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and validity period are stated on the individual promotion page at the time the Bonus is offered.
5.2 Standard Wagering Requirement. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page, the default wagering requirement for all deposit Bonuses is 10× (ten times) the Bonus amount, to be completed within 7 calendar days of the Bonus being credited.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) and sports betting markets typically contribute 100% of each stake placed. Togel markets contribute 50%. Slot games vary by title — the contribution rate for each slot is published on the Platform's Promotions page.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. bmtoto operates a zero-tolerance policy for Bonus abuse. Activities that constitute abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies ("bots") to clear wagering requirements, placing opposing bets across accounts to minimize risk while clearing a Bonus, and colluding with other Members to complete wagering requirements.
5.5 Bonus Forfeiture. bmtoto reserves the right to void and remove any Bonus, along with associated winnings, from an Account where Bonus abuse or a breach of this Agreement is suspected or confirmed. This right is exercised at bmtoto's sole discretion and does not affect any real-money balance that was deposited independently of the Bonus.
6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games on bmtoto use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. RNG certifications are independently audited. bmtoto does not alter game outcomes.
6.2 Sports Betting. bmtoto offers pre-match and live (in-play) betting on a wide range of sports markets. Odds are subject to change before a Wager is confirmed. Once a Wager is accepted and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are settled according to the published multi-bet rules on the Platform.
6.3 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on bmtoto use official result feeds from recognized pool operators (Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, Sydney, and others). bmtoto is not responsible for delays in draw result publication caused by the originating pool operator.
6.4 Void Bets. A Wager may be declared void and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result; a clear technical error caused an incorrect price to be published; or the event does not qualify under the minimum completion rules stated in the applicable sport's settlement rules.
6.5 Maximum Payout. The maximum single-event payout per Member per day is Rp 500.000.000 across all product categories combined, unless a higher limit has been individually agreed in writing by bmtoto's VIP management team.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bmtoto and will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, followed by permanent closure and forfeiture of balances if confirmed:
Anti-Fraud Measures: bmtoto employs real-time fraud detection algorithms and maintains partnerships with Indonesian banking authorities to identify suspicious activity. Any Account flagged for suspicious behavior may be frozen immediately pending investigation, and law enforcement will be notified where applicable.
8.1 Suspension. bmtoto may temporarily suspend an Account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the Account is being used in breach of this Agreement, is subject to a chargeback dispute, or requires additional verification. During suspension, login access is disabled and no Wagers may be placed. Legitimate balances are protected and remain accessible once the suspension is lifted.
8.2 Member-Initiated Closure. You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. All pending Wagers must be settled and all Bonus wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before closure is processed. Any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method.
8.3 Platform-Initiated Closure. bmtoto reserves the right to close any Account permanently if we determine that the Member has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a fraud risk. bmtoto will endeavor to return any legitimate balance after deducting amounts owed or associated with fraudulent activity, but reserves the right to withhold Funds pending investigation or legal resolution.
8.4 Self-Exclusion. Members who wish to restrict their access to the Platform for responsible gaming reasons should refer to the dedicated self-exclusion tools described on the Responsible Gaming page.
9.1 Service Availability. bmtoto strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from: scheduled or emergency maintenance, DDoS attacks or other malicious network interference, internet service provider outages, banking system downtime, power failures, or force majeure events.
9.2 Third-Party Providers. bmtoto integrates games and services from third-party studio partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, etc.) and odds-feed providers. We are not liable for errors, delays, or technical faults originating from these third-party systems, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to report and resolve such issues.
9.3 Bet Settlement Errors. In the rare event that a Wager is settled incorrectly due to a technical error or human mistake, bmtoto reserves the right to correct the settlement and adjust the Account balance accordingly, including by reversing erroneous winnings. Corrections will be communicated to the affected Member by email and Account notification.
9.4 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bmtoto's total aggregate liability to any Member for all claims arising out of or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Member in the twelve-month period preceding the claim.
9.5 No Consequential Damages. bmtoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or opportunity costs, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.1 Data Collection. bmtoto collects and processes personal data (name, date of birth, contact details, bank account information, identity documents, IP address, gameplay history) as necessary to provide Platform services, comply with KYC and anti-money-laundering obligations, and communicate with Members.
10.2 Data Security. All personal data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption and stored on secure servers located in jurisdictions with strong data protection frameworks. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized bmtoto personnel who require access to perform their duties.
10.3 Privacy Policy. The full details of how bmtoto collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
10.4 Marketing Communications. By registering, you consent to receive promotional emails, SMS notifications, and in-platform messages from bmtoto. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time via the Account Settings page or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any promotional email.
11.1 Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international principles of contract law applicable to cross-border online service agreements. Where a specific legal jurisdiction is required for enforcement purposes, the courts of the jurisdiction in which the Member resides shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
11.2 Dispute Resolution — Internal Process. Before initiating any formal legal action, Members agree to attempt resolution through bmtoto's internal complaint process. Complaints should be submitted by email to [email protected] with full details of the issue. bmtoto will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
11.3 Mediation. If an internal complaint cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction, either party may refer the dispute to an independent third-party mediator agreed upon by both parties. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally.
11.4 Binding Arbitration (Optional). For disputes exceeding Rp 25.000.000 in claimed value, either party may elect binding arbitration conducted in English by a single arbitrator under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
12.1 Right to Amend. bmtoto reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members by email and by a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.
12.2 Continued Use Constitutes Acceptance. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date.
12.3 Version History. Previous versions of this Agreement are archived and available upon request by contacting support.
